A week of healthy food










This is such a wake up call for me.. A week at my friend's place made me realize how BAD my eating habit is..or was... It actually felt like detox!!

For dinner, we had grilled stuffed chicken with avocado dip.

And had chicken fajita for lunch..

Cereals + yogurt + banana for breakfast.. the less healthy breakfast was omelette and sausages. yummy :)

okay so chicken and lamb Mandi wasn't really healthy food, but it was delicious! look at how big the portion is!
